Are you vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian or somewhere in between. We will now try to sort out the different ways to eat vego. To eat more plant based food will make a differens for our environment and health, so choose the combination that suits your life best at the moment.

Vegan

A vegan excludes meat, eggs, dairy products and all other animal-derived ingredients. Many vegans also do not eat foods that are processed using animal products, such as refined white sugar and some wines. Most vegans extend the definition of veganism to go beyond just food and will also avoid the use of all personal and household products tested on animals, and avoid purchasing and using all animal-derived non-food products, such as leather, fur and wool.
There is a huge range of vegan products today and many versions of familiar foods are available such as vegan hot dog, veggie burgers and of course ice cream.

Lovice suits all kinds of ways of eating vego. So eat Lovice with a good conscious, don´t compromise on taste and don´t change behavior.
